CamGrader Personal subscriptions are billed by K2 Labs through Stripe.
You can cancel anytime from your account management page. Log in with the email address you used at checkout. Your subscription is cancelled immediately upon confirmation and you will not be charged again.
When you cancel a paid subscription before the end of your billing period, we calculate a prorated refund for the unused days remaining. We process that refund within 2 weeks of cancellation and return it to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Refunds are not issued for end-of-period cancellations where the full billing period has already been used, for free or trial periods, or for amounts that have already been refunded.
