CamGrader Personal subscriptions are billed by K2 Labs through Stripe.
You can cancel anytime from your account management page. Log in with the email address you used at checkout. Your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
We do not offer refunds for unused time in a billing period. Because cancelling keeps your access active through the period you already paid for, there is no partial-period charge left to refund, whether you cancel right away or close to your renewal date.
